Returns and Refunds
We do not have a refund, exchange or transfer policy.
However we can offer you an extension policy for the same member name.
To complete your extension for a time period, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where extension would not be applicable:
Asking for extension after the period is over. Asking for extension after using the services for a partial time period.

The decision of management would be final.
